With genetic testing becoming more affordable to the public, in the scope of worldwide databases, return speaker Antonio will be discussing his research in Genetics and the implications this may have upon our culture. When we take these ancestry tests, what are we actually discovering about ourselves? The epigenetic changes that we see in cancer cells, and how by studying them we have developed new clinical tests that help us to diagnose cancer earlier and treat patients more successfully.
