Great-power rivalries have once again become central to the enforcement of international law. With the wars in Gaza and Ukraine exacerbating global divisions, a third one over Taiwan is looming. It appears that a profound geopolitical reconfiguration — including a shift to a new world order — may well be in the works. In this talk, Dr Jashim Chowdhury, from University of Hull Law School tries to imagine the face of the much-canvassed "New" World Order.
