The Arts as nutrients for the mind

Dr Maria Grazia Turri (Senior Lecturer in Creative Arts and Mental Health)
Arts are everywhere in our lives, whether we choose it or not: arts engagement is viewing and listening casually or deliberately, but also making, dancing, acting. Creative Health is a fairly recent concept, but already embedded in UK parliament and the World Health Organisation policy documents. Come and learn about the principles of Creative Health, its benefits, its challenges, and experience some of it too!
